Tuition and Entrance Fees
The constituent tuition rate applies to student families that are official members of the local Bend, Redmond, Cascade and Sisters Seventh-day Adventist churches, as well as students from the Madras, LaPine and Prineville constituency. All other families are considered non-constituent and pay according to the listed rate.
The non-refundable entrance fee is due at registration. This fee covers student insurance, textbook rental, consumable workbooks, library expenditures and miscellaneous teaching materials and expenses.
Payment Information and Schedule
You may choose to participate in either a 10-month or 12-month payment plan. For the 10-month plan, the first tuition payment is due at registration with the year’s entrance fee. Subsequent tuition payments are due on the 15th of each month. The tenth and final payment is due the 15th of June. If you choose the 12-month option, the first tuition payment is due on July 15 and the last on June 15. The entrance fees can be divided into three equal payments from July through September. All families are required to enroll in the Smart Tuition payment plan which includes a once a year $46.00 fee.
Discounts
Multi-student:
The first or oldest child is 100% tuition, the 2nd child receives a 10% discount, the 3rd child receives a 20% discount, and for 4 or more students, there is a 30% discount. The discount applies to tuition only.
Pay-in-full:
There is a $50.00 discount when paying in full for the entire school year.
